Postage

We offer first & second class postage with Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery (UK) starts at just £1.55, and is weight / size dependant. Postage will be calculated at checkout.

Free Postage relates to our Prints only.

We aim to ship your items within 48 hours of receipt of your order / cleared funds (Monday - Friday).

Standard delivery is 1 - 2 working days for first class, and 2 - 3 working days for second class, to England, Scotland & Wales, from the date of despatch.

If there are Royal Mail postal strikes, delivery can take a little longer than normal. We kindly ask that you leave 10 days before contacting us.

You will receive an email once your items have been despatched, along with a tracking number (where applicable).

Remember to check your junk / spam for our emails.

Collection from TW18 (Staines)

If you wish to collect your items, please select this option at checkout. When your items are ready for collection, you will receive an email / text. Please be sure to add a contact number to your order, and check your email junk box, as our emails can end up in there!

Please note that this is a family home and we would appreciate it if you would collect as per our agreed date / time. Any collections outside of the agreed date / time, cannot be guaranteed.

Collections are by prior arrangement only, and we ask that you do not turn up unannounced.

Collection available Monday to Saturday. Saturday collections up until noon. No collections on Sunday.

We kindly request that any orders are collected within 5 days of receiving notification that your items are ready. Where no response is received, we will send a reminder email / text. For any items not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order, arrange a refund (less any processing fees) and place the items back in stock.

Returns / Refunds

Whilst we would love all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong.

If you would like to request a return / refund, please follow these initial steps:

Step 1) Email us here within 30 days of delivery. Please include your name, order number and reason for return / refund.

Step 2) Return the item/s to us in the condition you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

If you are returning your item/s due to an error made by us (i.e. wrong items issued), please make contact as soon as possible so that we can put things right.

If you are returning your item/s for anything other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We would recommend using a Royal Mail Tracking Service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost / misplaced packages.

Once your item/s have been received and checked, and as long as our returns criteria is met, a refund will be issued.

We are unable to accept a return / offer a refund on used items.

If a request for a return / refund is made after the 30 day cut off, a return / refund will not be possible.
